It strikes the ideal balance between challenge and accessibility while teaching the Principles of Pilates. By focusing on mobility and balance training in conjunction with core and muscular work, we aim to enhance your overall stability, flexibility, and strength. Everyone, regardless of their experience, can benefit from this class and improve their physical well-being.

Group reformer

  • The Group Reformer class blends classical and contemporary Pilates movements for a vibrant and invigorating session. You'll enjoy a perfect combination of traditional reformer exercises paired with functional and innovative movements, providing a thorough workout that engages every muscle group. During this class, you may also incorporate props like weights, a dowel, resistance bands, and more.

Fusion

Safe for All Levels

  • The Pilates method forms the foundation of this energizing session, offering a comprehensive workout that engages and strengthens your entire body on the Reformer, Barre, & Mat. The precise and controlled movements of Barre seamlessly blend into the routine, targeting specific muscles. Feel your muscles ignite as you push beyond your limits, discovering newfound strength and flexibility.

Cardio blast

Safe for All Levels

  • Are you ready to amp up your fitness routine and challenge yourself? Introducing Cardio Blast, the ultimate 45-minute workout at Pilates Barre Lex that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished. This heart-pounding cardio trampoline class is designed to make you SWEAT and get your heart rate soaring. This class is for all levels and always has the option to be modified, making both beginner and veteran clients feel STRONG and CONFIDENT. This class is for ALL LEVELS, but we recommend at minimum 10-15 Regular Reformer Classes prior to joining Cardio Blast.

Restore

Safe for All Levels

  • In this slower-paced class, each movement is carefully designed to enhance flexibility, improve posture, and release tension in the muscles. Our dedicated instructors guide you through a series of precise and controlled exercises, paying close attention to the mind-body connection.

Pre/Post natal

Safe for All Levels

  • For our pre and postnatal members, we are happy to modify exercises as needed to accommodate expectant and new mothers. With our extensive range of tools and equipment, we can tailor each session to ensure comfort, safety, and effectiveness. Whether you’re in your pregnancy journey or recovering after birth, our experienced teachers can provide personalized modifications to support your body and fitness goals during this special time. However, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor before beginning any new fitness program to ensure it’s safe for you and your baby.

Group reformer 2

Intermediate

  • Flow through this creative, athletic, and Intermediate reformer class for a total body workout keeping the Pilates principles! With planks, standing work, adding onto the basics, and adjustable spring options, challenge yourself and leave feeling STRONG and accomplished. We will FLOW. Working from one movement to another with swift transitions, but focused movement. Get ready to move, feel the burn, and maybe even a little shaky - in the best way possible!

Strengthen & Tone

Advanced

  • Led by the Owner, this class begins with a thorough review of fundamental exercises to ensure proper form and technique. Once we've established a solid foundation, get ready to amp up the intensity as we guide you through dynamic and movements that will get you moving and shaking, quite literally! Advanced Classical Pilates meets Contemporary Pilates. Please note that for your safety, approval from the Owner is required before joining this class. This ensures you have the strength and experience necessary to engage in the advanced exercises.

    • 1 Private Session for $59 – Get personalized, one-on-one attention to learn how to use the Reformer, learn and understand the Principles of Pilates, get comfortable with the equipment, and enjoy a beginner Pilates session with one of our expert teachers.

    • 2 Private Sessions for $115(MOST POPULAR) Start your Pilates journey with two focused, private sessions. Learn the fundamentals of the Reformer, master the beginner series, and build confidence during your second session—setting you up for success in group classes.

  • YAY, you've made it through your intro offer, and now you're ready to join us! The next step is to decide whether group pilates classes or private sessions are the best fit for you. Both options offer unique benefits, so whether you prefer the energy of a group or the individual attention (every time) in a private session, we’re here to help you make the choice that aligns with your goals.
